Bridgette's Index

Bridgette had never considered working with a photographer before, and I do not believe she has worked with anyone since. We still stay in touch, trading emails every couple of months. She decided this is something, she wanted to experience once, and I was fortunate enough to have her get hold of me. This particular day also was the end of an era, it was the last time I only shot film during a session. 10 rolls in the ?blad, and about 3-4 rolls of 35mm. It is often a mode of work that I consider going back to. Again, I consider it special, and flattering when someone like Bridgette wants to work with me. Their motivation is internal; it very rarely has anything to do with them comparing themselves to other women, especially women that model on a regular basis. Their look, their appearance in the photos is genuine, and although she may wish to look her best, looking better then someone else, or drawing those comparisons is not why they work with me.
