I am available for:

Work with you from portraits  fine art figure work.	Work with a model or models per your request	Landscape, residential, and location

Typically, I use medium format film for black and white,  and digital for color

For private Commissions I offer:

• Complete development and processing in a private lab
• Prints as large as 16x20, signed on the reverse
• You own the negatives at the completion of printing and payment in full.

Price varies based on subject, costs, and travel expenses (if required)

Modeling For Me:

First and Foremost: I only work with people over 18. No exceptions. 

Amateurs and others are encouraged to contact me for details. Please bare in mind that due to the number of requests I receive for trade, and my available time, offers of trade from me are rare, and I may not be able to use everyone in my current body of work..

I offer prints in exchange for contributions to my body of figure work.  You will sign a model release giving me rights to publish the images. In return, you will receive archival quality prints, and a CD of the digitals for your personal (non commercial) use and promotion.. Size and number of prints to be negotiated. If you are traveling from out of town, I may help defray your costs of travel.

Now, onto those who are thinking of getting hold of me for a paid assignment..  I'll get right to the point.

Yes, I do occasionally pay for models.  Not every model is someone I can or will pay to shoot. Not everyone (even people that call themselves models) are the caliber, or look that I can use in my work. .It's nothing personal, but simply put: I can only pay when I expect to make a return.. If I don't think I can recoup my expenses, I won't pay.

If you are expecting me to pay to shoot you, expect to do figure work.. 

If you are looking to build your portfolio with fashion glamour and portrait work, expect to pay me for the shoot, or contribute to my body of figure work. Although I have done a fair share of fashion, portrait and glamour, It is not marketable for me. Although your average Dude With Camera (DWC) may disagree, shooting takes time, and money to do it right. My time is also money. Studio space, Studio lights, background, props, location, a fully equipped and stocked darkroom.. It's  all not cheap to acquire or maintain.  I'm either shooting what I want, for my body of work, or shooting for yours. Either case, I need to cover expenses.

Sometimes I will work with someone on trade, and then hire them for a later shoot if I like the results.....

I like my shoots to be enjoyable. They can be tough, but everyone must be enjoying and contributing in the process. I have studio space in the downtown Toledo area, and a number of locations and concepts I am looking to explore. 

Please feel free to bring someone with you for your comfort and safety. The person you bring has to A) be comfortable with what we are shooting B) you have to be comfortable with them around and C) they must be unobtrusive.
